City of Spokane Planning & Development and Lincoln Heights Neighborhood Council Invite you to participate in a Walking Tour of Lincoln Heights District Center March 20, 2014 from 2 to 4 pm Meet at Southside Christian Church, 2934 East 27th Avenue, enter through main doors facing 27th Avenue · A walking tour and look at sidewalk conditions surrounding the general vicinity of 29th & Regal. · Wear clothes that are comfortable, appropriate to the weather and visible to cars. · This area is served by STA with Route 34 being the closest RSVP to Tirrell Black, City of Spokane Planning & Development, so we can make sure and have enough supplies.
